Windowman Inc. (USA) offers a wide
variety of window services specializing in repairing obscure hardware
systems for tilt and turn, horizontal pivot, vertical pivot as well as
other types of custodial windows.
We carry a large inventory including
all hardware for double hung casement, sliders, pivot, special
projected, awning windows, many weatherstrips, obsolete parts and we are
of course available to custom fabricate any hardware specific to your
needs. We also offer a variety of glass work and emergency replacement
of broken glass. We specialize in various glass conversions such as
argon filled, Low E, sound reduction, insulated, tempered, wire, tinted,
etc....
In addition we have an extensive
inventory of tilt and turn hardware. At this time we are in sole
possession of the Siegenia LM3000 series hardware, this series is no
longer in production from the manufacturer. We of course also have full
inventory of the newer series LM3100 as well as Roto and GU tilt and
turn hardware. Window manufacturers that have used or are using one of
the above mentioned hardware systems include Traco, Skyline, Panarama,
Benra, Thermaroll, Architectural Sash, Season-All, Graham, etc...
Some additional services we offer are
door system repairs, automatic doors, upgrades, pre-inspection
preparation and periodic maintenance. We have also developed a special
Impact Protection System that can be utilized not only to prevent damage
to doors that are regularly impacted by stretchers or equipment , but
can even be used for protection on hand rails and walls.
We have experience working within
JCAHO and ADA requirements and specifications and can even provide
inspection of new products or equipment to determine if they will meet
safety inspection standards. Our experience will help your field
conditions meet and /or exceed JCAHO inspection requirements.
